The short version

We review your resume and help you rewrite it for Canadian employers. We can't promise interviews or a job. Our work is digital, so sales are final once your first draft is delivered. You get a free score first and 2 revision rounds. Your final documents belong to you.

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use the CanadaReady website or buy a service from us ("CanadaReady", "we", "us"). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them.

2. What we do

We review your resume and help you rewrite it in a Canadian format. Depending on your package, we also help with a cover letter, LinkedIn text and interview preparation. We use AI tools to help create your documents.

3. What we don't do

  • We don't guarantee interviews, job offers or any hiring result.
  • We don't give immigration, legal or licensing advice, and we're not connected to the Government of Canada.

4. Your part

  • Give us accurate information about your real experience. We won't add experience you don't have.
  • Remove your name, contact details and other personal information before uploading.
  • Check your final documents before you use them. You're responsible for what you send to employers.

5. Revisions

Each resume package includes 2 rounds of revisions. Please ask for changes within [REVISION WINDOW] days of receiving each draft.

6. Payments

Prices are in Canadian dollars. [TAX NOTE: confirm GST/HST.] Payments are processed by Stripe. Every package and add-on is a one-time payment. Nothing renews automatically.

7. Refunds

Our work is digital and is delivered to you as files, so all sales are final once your first draft is delivered. That's why you can see your free score before you pay, and why every package includes 2 revision rounds.

  • If you cancel before we deliver your first draft, we'll refund you in full.
  • If we can't deliver your order, we'll refund you in full.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law.

8. Your documents

Once you've paid, the final documents we create for you are yours to use, edit and share however you like.

9. Limits on our responsibility

We work hard to give you excellent documents, but we provide our service "as is". As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.

10. Updates and governing law

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and changes don't affect orders you've already placed. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
